2. Last Delivery for 6th February 2008 will be at 2:00pm
3. Transport charge of $50.00 applicable.
4. Price quoted will subject to 7% GST.
5. Food will be served on disposable containers with disposable

cutlery provided.
6. No table setup will be provided.
7. A non-refundable deposit of $200.00 required upon booking.

Full payment by cash or cheque upon delivery.
8. Acceptance of order will subject to our availability.
